Hi, I have been taking Phentrimine for 4 days and have lost 2 kg.
Of course I am happy but the nurse I am seeing at my doctors hasnt got a clue about P!
I think I am not having enough fat. Can anyone suggest a Food List.

hey i probablly should have asked before i ordered but i started takin the generic 37.5mg phentermine pills and was wondering if this drug was just used for an appetite suppressant or if it also maybe sped up your metabolism or "burned of fat" just curious i already started taking them and the first day they seemed speedy but it's been 4 days and i can't really notice and i usually don't eat until late in the day anyway?

To my knowledge, Phentermine acts only as an appetite supressant, and in my opinion, not very effectively. It does not have any properties that increase metabolism or burn fat as far as I know.

It doesn't work for me at all. But everyone is different.

It makes my mouth dry, eyes dry and cranky and irritable. Of course, now that I have a high B/P I can't take anything like this at all.

But it never ever worked for me.

Xenical sounds cool, fat blocker....but I have never tried it.

I have tried Xenical. didn't work for me. Made my sister very sick. Needed surgury.It didn't block very much fat either.
And it didn't suppress the appetite at all.
Maybe that with something else.
Phentermine didn't work for me either same side effects as you.
Any other suggestions out there?

I have tried Xenial- and it was AWFUL! I won't even talk about the gross side effects. Unless you can resign yourself to a diet includind something like a total of 30% of your calories from fat per day, don't try it. It is nasty!

My 2 cents: Xenical is like throwing your money out the window. It does absolutely nothing. You can reduce your fat intake on your own & get better results. I have tried every "approved" diet pill out there & I have not had much luck. After years of keeping my weight in check, I had problems & put on a lot of weight. I purchased every diet pill out there during the last year. I honestly don't think they make diet pills strong enough anymore because of abuse. I use to be able to take diet pills for 30 days & drop 20 pounds. I know I am older now & weight loss is harder, but I have not found anything which remotely resembles the results I use to be able to get. I even tried the health food stores. I could not take ephedrine at all. Have you tried that? Some people can take it.

Out of everything I tried Didrex was the best, but as soon as I went off them I gained the weight back & then some. After 2 months of taking them, I lost 12 pounds. That was eating right & mild exercise (walking at least ½ hr 3 to 4 times a week). Not good enough result as far as I am concerned. I am not going to take diet pills & chance addiction. Probably not much chance of that anyway, like I said nothing is strong enough.

Anyway, like others said everyone is different. Maybe you will have better luck. I believe Didrex is stronger than Phentermine.

Didrex never worked for me, and the side effects of xenical was enough to keep me from taking it (make sure you wear Depends for the "leaking"). I also like tenuate, but phentermine is the most common and most popular appetite suppressant.

I have been taking Phen sice 4/23 and have lost 35 lbs it works for me! gives me energy during the day definatly surpresses my appitite.I have ordered from several differnt sites and have recieved 3 different types of Phen 37.5 some are good some were horrible so bad i thought they were fake at first. My gf tried the 30mf inomine and they mad eher crazy......Then I switched her to the 15mg and they work great for her, lost 2.5 inches on her wait in 3-6 weeks....

I took it as apipex-p, back in the day from a diet doc, and lost too much. I was hell on wheels cleaning house and gardening. But these generic one today don't seen quite as strong. It's probably my 52 yr old body. I can't exercise much except for swimming. Hubby does the house work for me so I can cook for him. I watch the family nutrition.

I need to lose about 25 lbs and need energy just to exercise at least 3 times a week. I know I'm never gonna wear size5 any more, but I want to get in my size 8 jeans again and not 12s. Not too much to ask.
